The Dwight Decker, Spectra7, Conexant, Mindspeed connection
Dwight Decker is the former CEO of Conexant, which spun-off Mindspeed, which Raouf Halim was the CEO of.
Now, Decker buys and hold over 60,000 Million shares of Spectra7.
One could say that Decker is simply helping his old friend Halim out, but that is not the case. Conexant was a competitor to Broadcom, so Decker understands Data Centers very, very well.
His investment in Spectra7 is a testament to our technology, and the fact that he know Raouf Halim only reinforces the good news. It means Decker already knows exactlt what's going on inside of Spectra7.
Insider Knowledge, you say? Yes, it it. But that's OK. Owing over 10% of a public company makes you an insider, with the requisite reporting obligations....but now we know too.
