Look man. How I view it is if the debt is owned by the insiders and they are wanting the price to go lower so they can buy the company 40%+ of the company. Why would they do that other than to enrich themselves which we are aligned to. Like thinking about it. If I could turn debt into 40% equity of a company I run knowing that we are finally turning around. That is a good thing?

unless I'm completely misunderstanding here which is also possible. But like why would they purposely default on everything and sink the company?
