Your title is interesting but I get the reference.  Today, we're seeing the bids accumulate and chase upwards while the asks are not chasing downwards.  My sense tells me once we're near (within a couple days and the speculators will provide that insight) the updated resource news, I can see us getting to the mid-high 30s.  In a non-corna market, this number IMO would be substantially higher.

My gut is telling me the new reserve will be higher than expected.  JMO.
