RE:The April 30 Q1 Earnings ReportI agree.. I won't buy unless it hits low 20s at the very least. The oil glut won't be resolved until US shale dies off and that could take a while since the Fed is willing to throw ungodly sums of money at the entire financial house of cards.

I'm betting that the well captalized companies that survive this massacre will be able to snap bankrupted resources on the cheap and come back stronger once demand comes back. 

RDS hasn't missed a dividend payment since the end of WW2.. will they cut their dividend? Probably, hopefully they won't reduce it to 0.
