Pierre - family did lose control - to the other Pierre (Beaudoin)... As long as Quebec is putting up the equity subject to a shareholder agreement, their interests (quebec and the family) are aligned as it prevents a rogue family member and non Quebec interests from taking control and ruining it for everyone else.
