They barely did over the 40,000. A few pics did not show 200,000 sq. The building and the finished area is barely worth a little over the 19 million, and that is to a very specific buyer. Again please show me a document that says 200,000 sq is "primed" . Now in fairness to you, you didn't specify what primed meant. That could be floor swept for all we know. We both know the building was in disrepair. The roof on the so called sales store part was collapsing. That says a lot about the building conditions. That was fact. I remember FSD blaming Couburg for delays in permits.
