Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:Oh dear!

RE:RE:Oh dear!

So now that I’m pissed off and not in the mood for being realistic and talking facts, here is an alternate view of a Consortium.

A little while back, one or more on the board had suggested that it might be best to break up the project into portions and that we would get a greater value for the whole thing. There were those that liked that idea (myself for one), and there were others who did not, and just wanted to get it sold as is.

That idea can still work by whoever buys it, but instead of a number of companies owning a portion of the district and their own piece of the pie, and GBR having to split the project into areas, a Consortium would own a percentage of the whole shebang. The result gives everyone, from us the shareholder, to those who buy us out, the best deal for them.
