Great Bear Resources Ltd. GTBAF

Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Still no access to my shares... how about you? vestor:  I think you got it right.  Too many moving parts. With dividends they announce an ex-dividend date which is usually weeks (and sometimes months) before actual payment.  That way they know who has the shares, how many and how much they're owed.

In this case, the transition was to be done over night, with shareholders of May 4 getting new shares May 5.  My guess it'll take a number of days to get it correct.

I have a US account with Schwab and the shares are not tradable.

The bigger question is what is the timing for making the GB Royalty shares tradable.  Or are they being held as is to be a bargaining chip if someone wants to acquire GBR?  That's always been my hypothesis.
