Sen, IBS and $prout have attempted to build a moat around the patent so it cannot be stolen or bought out by a competitor for pennies on the dollar.
Anyone that wants to look up how this works please look up "continuation applications" for patents. This is how you prolong the patent application and add more "webs" of protection.
Also as I have stated before, as an everyday CBD consumer, the last thing you want for your CBD product is the benefits of CBD to have a fast offset. CBD is not like THC. The more CBD I take I do not get enhanced effects of it to a certain point.
Nano emulsion imo is perfect for CBD consumption, the catalyst behind APP tech's success will be the THC scalability.
I am very curious as to why you would prefer a nano emulsified product over an all natural product. The only product thus far that boasts an all natural extraction process with absolutely zero chemical residue is APP.
I do not care who sets the levels of acceptable toxins in a consumable and to what level, but I for one would rather a toxin free product.
Also, the off set of BNO can be up to 8 hours or beyond. The plan for $PR was to design tinctures and oils to last. Hence their mention of Infuz20/BNO mixed capsules to offer quick onset and long lasting effects. Like Advil or Tylenol. To say that the bread and butter for $PR/APP lays in THC products is preposterous. The real money will be in functional beverages and CBD over the counter products. THC products are only the tip of the iceberg. They are a means to enter and establish the MJ space for the big conglomerates to swoop in when stats and market are solid.
Pls explain the benefits of nano oil processes over APP. Maybe I missed something Tim, or did you invest in $PR only for the THC bev products?
