CTTH and AURORA'S potential marriage

CTTH and AURORA'S potential marriage Aurora owes CTTH over $900k for a milestone payment. They already gave CTTH $1,000,000 a year and half ago for their dissolve strips. These strips are wildly profitable and sold out in their first run. Aurora also has to give $5,000,000 to CTTH for for an additional 32% percent of the company. I believe Aurora will buyout CTTH in all stock transaction instead of give them any more cash.
