What price should IBI Group be trading at.

What price should IBI Group be trading at. I am again comparing IBI Group to Stantec. This time I am using the Mar 31st 12 month trailing adjusted EBITDA without adjusting for IFRS 16.

PRICE IF IBI TRADED AT STN MULTIPLE-  8.0 X $1.53 = $12.24

WSP Global multiple - 9.06
Calian Group multiple - 11.4
