BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

HEXO: Original Hash Reviews

Original Hash is unique to HEXO with other LPs yet to launch a competing product. This high intensity product is gaining traction in QC and, as per the transcription of the last QTR report by HEXO is now being rolled out across Canada where the vast majority of sales are actually being made.

We saw a 57% increase in kilograms sold, primarily in response to the successful launch of Original Stash. We're continuing this aggressive pricing strategy across our other products to reduce product returns and drive consumer sell-through.

Together with our partner, Molson Coors, we've made significant progress toward launching beverages in Canada. We're looking forward to making more announcements regarding service -- specifics as we get closer to the launch date. Beverages will be sold under several different brands in a variety of flavors. They taste great. They include THC, CBD and other formulations, and we look forward to bringing that to market.

Our third strategic priority has been innovation and innovative products, and we've had another rousing success with Original Stash Hash, and we look forward to rolling that out nationally, but quality of HEXO products keeps being well received, and we're thrilled with the response from our customers.
