RE:IS IT BACK TO $2.XX FOR THE TURD?

Most all REITS negative the past few days, trading down as a sector. Eventually, more attention will be paid to individual REITS, and share price movement based on fundamentals and outlook moreso than widespread fear. That said, a whole lot of negative news likely in next few months at least so I expect a bumpy short term ride. Lkg out 6-24 months, that's where I'm focusing, and whether current share price represents long term value. Rein in those emotions, focus medium/long term.
