Barrick Gold Corporation is a Canada-based gold and copper producer, which is engaged in the production and sale of gold and copper, as well as related activities, such as exploration and mine development. It has ownership interests in producing gold mines that are located in Argentina, Canada, Cote d'Ivoire, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Dominican Republic, Mali, Tanzania and the United States. The Hemlo operation is located north of Lake Superior on the Trans-Canada Highway, approximately 35 km east of Marathon, Ontario, and it is an underground operation.

Bristow knows its best to resolve and he most prbly will as Papua has no expertise in running a mine. If not they will sue and get paid more than its worth someday. I dont remember if I posted this here before but the same thing happened in Venezuala with the oil companies under Chavez.
