RE:RE:RE:REJECTED!!!!Well whatever the outcome I am sure there are ways to file a formal compliant and have the transaction investigated for failure to act in shareholders best interest. These people have a fiduciary duty of obligation to do what is best for investors. 

Clearly the GCG is a superior offer for those of us that would like the upside after the transaction affored to the new company.
