One of only REITs green today (maybe one of the only publicly listed stocks given the continued market drop) owing to strong results. Stable, growing REIT, diversified, high credit tenant mix, growing % of industrial properties, prudent, smart management bent on growth. Share price significantly lower than NAV. Proceeding on the assumption that the pandemic subsides and business reboots, I don't see how PRV is not climbing back to the $7 range.
