quebec cant electrify the economy they just dont produce enough electricity to create an economy based solely on hydro power .
this article answered all my questions . a green renewable quebec won t be possible .
except ....
if we delve massively in wind and solar as well .
good points in this article
i dont think we want to dam all our rivers to provide the clean energy required for the electrification of our economy .of course i cant verify the numbers nor the conclusions mentioned in this paperless paper .
