Just read the s/h letter and conference call transcript.

I think it was interesting that the BPY CEO was on the call and ther was definitely a real estate focus.

But I would say there was nothing of significance revealed other than they continue to stand directly behind their strategy and belief in their retail malls and see zero issues in their office assets.

Despite BPY share performance, it is BAM's top equity investment and they need to surface value.

It seems like its going to be a "wait and see" for BPY until the next quarter results.
