Lalala where's my return

got 17000 shares in this at .33 cents. Knew I should have sold on the Walmart news but got greedy. Is this supposed to rebound back with the rest of the market if we don't go into a depression or we expect it to sit this way for another year? I've been told to expect this up to a buck by 2021. Thoughts?
