Tote Road

Tote RoadWas'nt there a mile stone to be reached by March 2020, on the Tote Road. The Beaver River watershed, land use plan, I believe was supposed to be completed, by now..
Hope there is no problem as Atac been trying to get this project going, for a long time.now.
