I believe he owns 1.5 million shares plus options quite a bit of skin.... share structure is simple look at the financials......only question in my mind can they pour gold on the time line promised, after that if bullion prices hold up then we can see a waterfall of cash flow...costs in Canadian dollars revenue in US$.
