RE:RE:Insider participationYeah I'm aware of the current insider ownership but it will be interesting to see how many participated in this latest financing. This was a sweet deal and "the presidents list" of investors I'm sure was very high, some will have to disclose their participation and others not. The share price peaked at 3.36 a week before the financing so for those who participated in the financing to get shares for 2.50 and half a warrant at 3.25 was beyond good. To me it signals that those close to the company are fully loaded and now they will start the run up.
