Soft drink companies?

Soft drink companies?Being naturally water soluble, and apparently cheaper to produce, someone tell me why a large company doesn't buy this out with IB. Oh that's right. There was an exclusivity clause in Canada. Is the IB agreement still on with Alkaline Water? Is that exclusive in the U.S.? I'm assuming it is because I haven't seen anything to the contrary.
