RE:RE:Dividend going forwardIF it's up in 1.5 years which is highly doubtful considering huge cost overun already indicating that while no one has ever built a plant like this in Canada they certainly don't know what they are doing.  Probably because too cheap or proud to bring in the foreign experts who know.
