Alternate Symbol(s):  DBOXF

D-BOX Technologies Inc. is engaged in the business of designing haptic and immersive experiences. The Company creates and redefines realistic, immersive experiences by moving the body and sparking the imagination through effects: motion, vibration and texture. Whether it’s films, video games, music, relaxation, virtual reality applications, metaverse experience, themed entertainment or professional simulation, the Company creates a feeling of presence that makes life resonate like never before. With unparalleled mastery of haptics, the Company offers the synchronization of body movements with images and sound, such as software haptic effects, haptic processor, and the haptic system. Software haptic effects are programmed as a track, frame by frame, in the case of linear content, or programmed as a library for interactive content. A haptic processor serving as an interface between the content and the haptic system recognizes the content being played.

very good investisment...

Here'S the correct info...

4$M announced in February 2010 - 11 428 571 shares @ 0,35
https://www.cdpq.com/fr/actualites/communiques/la-caisse-de-depot-et-placement-du-quebec-investit-4-m-dans-technologies-d

Then another 3,14M$ in January 2011 by exercing 5 714 286 options from the the February 2010 deal, each share @ 0,55.

For a total of 7,13M$, out of a 340 $ Billion portfolio as of the end of 2019.  You really think La Caisse cares about it's 7M$ in D-Box ?  Pocket change for them, most likely valued at 0$ in their books for years....

The 5M$ in 2015 was not an investment, it was a loan, that D-Box repaid in July 2019 with their newly negotiated line of credit with NBC.  Why do you think they went with NBC and repaid their loan to La Caisse 6 months before maturity ?  Certainly not because La Caisse had D-Box's back....

Just face the facts all... D-Box will go nowhere, McMaster emptied the bank account and left a total mess to a green new CEO that used to run a ceramic tiles business in Quebec.
