insight on filings delay?

insight on filings delay?Does anyone who has been here longer have any more insight on why annual and interim filings were delayed?   I know that annuals are coming out soon (June 15 is the deadline, right?) 

I think the delay on these is what's holding things back to an extent.   Does anyone have insight or info to share on this front?
