I'm surprised you still have so much interest in RTI given that you dumped your shares recently. Aside, there is no denying that insider accumulation, zero insider selling, and increased volume all points to one thing. And, IR has stated that there is no talk of RS by upper management, and rather they are accumulating more ownership in the company. Those are the facts.
