OPEC cut extension

OPEC cut extensionLooking very likely OPEC+ extension to July is going to happen over the weekend. This bodes very well to a supply deficit later this year. The time to kick off this PSC is now. I can't see how this won't motivate all stakeholders to see the value in getting this project started. The time is ripe, let's get news out management.
