Warrants If this keeps up and the stock trades for ten days over .45 cents then the company can force the exercise of the 7.5 million warrants outstanding that were just repriced to .36 cents. If all the warrants get executed it would put over $2.7 million in the treasury giving the company a good chunk of cash to work with without doing another financing.
Need to churn some volume to get there but today was a good start.
I'm thinking that could be their strategy for financing without further dilution.
