Simon Properties REIT surging

Simom Properties on the NYSE was hammered down this morning (they are in retail space) but has seen surged 10% in 1 hour. 10-15 Analyst have this as a strong buy. RioCan is the same play, but in Canada and a few condos.

This is the last chance before leaving the station.
