My share count isn't exactly correct on a fully diluted basis and on the NSR itself I don't have that much info, what you see is what I see and even the definition of NSR isn't that clear anyway.
I was hoping that my bringing attention to the reseach paper and kicking off a conversation on the aspects of it that I thought were sortof cool would be fun.
Please feel free to go through the research and come up with your own theory on valuations, I welcome all points of view.
You do not have to think twice regarding my thoughts about what you posted, but to clarify; loved it! The numbers are quite mind-boggling, but seems to pan out just fine. I wonder if GBR would consider raising the NSR on the spinco shares?

I also think of a few posts made on here lately (not by you) saying things along the lines "I do not think GBR is such a great deal", although not by those words, to not be on point. I am not a person who would refrain from calling out lack of logic in a post, but there is a point where I start to feel that people try to down talk a share only because they feel they have to - for whatever reason.
Let us all just face the facts: LP fault is massive and has shown gold in every single hole drilled. Every single hole. From surface. Then one can pitch and moan about grades all one want, but the fact is that there is gold in every single hole.
Every. Single. Hole. 4 km. More to drill. Not drilled to depth.
North fault not drilled at all but 1 hole, which hit gold.
3 more regional projects that has not been touched.
Staying outside not buying shares? Yeah, nice idea. Perhaps go buy Hertz. Good luck.
