RE:Harborside Halted, At Risk Of Permanent Cease Trade Order

RE:Harborside Halted, At Risk Of Permanent Cease Trade OrderSpoke to a close contact at the the company and was told that because of the restated items from 2017 and 2018, the auditors weren't able to complete the financials by the cutoff date. Management requested a management cease trade order, however, OSC came back and required full cease trade due to the number of items being restated, until financials are filed. They state that they're confident financials will be filed by Jul 10 which should therefore lift the CTO. I asked about prelim results for 2019 and q1 2020 and was told zero impact on those figures. Apparently no impact on cash position, revenue and probitability. All seem to be related to the way certain items were accounted for.
