My gut tells me it'd be a good idea for a bev company to buyout Sproutly/IB, to give them big leverage in the cannabis space. If then a cannabis company wanted to own the tech, they'd have to give up a good portion of their business, as they'd be dealing with a big brewer/pop company with a big purse. So the bev company would likely find itself a big player in the overall cannabis market.
