If PSF suddenly makes a bad move

If PSF suddenly makes a bad moveHow would anyone.know that it is true? By VFF's CFO? CEO? If the ceo.of PSF chooses.not.to comment on anything he is ot under the same scrutiny of a public company.. if Mike finds cash and decides to buy PSF and then Sells PSF to another LP for a quick private profit, what happens to VFF? This JV stinks.
