With respect to Health Canada approved Covid-19 antibody tests, we feel it is important to let people know that all 3 tests require laboratory validation. This means there is no approved "home kit" test that you can do at home yourself. You will have to have a sample of blood drawn, and sent to a lab, just like Ichor is doing now with our US partner. The government antibody testing plan has yet to be unveiled, but it will be interesting to see how it integrates with provincial labs operating under covid protocols, and minimal mobile collection options. Ichor has offered our mobile collection services and testing options to local and provincial health authorities and we will assist in any way we can.
