Invesco Emerging Markets Sovereign Debt ETF V.PCY

Primary Symbol: PCY

The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the DBIQ Emerging Market USD Liquid Balanced Index (the underlying index). The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds from emerging market countries that comprise the underlying index. The underlying index measures potential returns of a theoretical portfolio of liquid emerging market U.S. dollar-denominated government bonds.

RE:Letter to Warren Buffet from John Lee, Chairman of Silver E

RE:Letter to Warren Buffet from John Lee, Chairman of Silver E Anyone else find this bizarre?
- he's using 'Trump-like' wording actually titling his article '.. that got everyone talking'... did it?
- why is the chairman sending open letters to rich investors - if he really wanted to do this, I'm sure people would appreciate some discretion.
- are we to espect this to be a regular series now - next week a different rich investor he writes to and shows us the letter?

Seems very strange, not sure if I'm alone on this.
