RE:RE:RE:RE:Glasshouse germinated?
It's not hard to tell on a map where the strongest solar energy in California is. Refer to this:
https://solargis.com/maps-and-gis-data/download/north-america
Also, did you know that cooling doesn't require as much energy as heating? And yet somehow Aphria's doing okay. The glasshouse location will likely give Sunniva some of the highest light energy of any glasshouse/greenhouse in the world. Photosynthesis and plant growth is highly dependent on light. That being said, and regardless, Sunniva are not the builders. The builders are headed by a former Director of Sunniva who owns a property construction and management business. It should be his ultimate responsibility and approval for the design and engineering suitability of a building before it is constructed, and especially since he was a board member of Sunniva. Some legal pros think it would be breach of fiduciary duty to Sunniva shareholders.
Now all that being said, I hope you understand that: 1) Southern Cali has more solar energy. 2) Plants depend on light for photosynthesis. 3) Neither the location, nor the extra $30 million, nor the taxes cumulatively prohibit a highly successful cannabis cultivation business in Cathedral City, California. 4) The tenant was not the builder.
< br=""> And a final thought- the best way forward is forward. Cannabis legalization in the U.S. is an increasingly important topic.
