Institutional Arbitrage: this time TD or Canaccord? The shares gained at 1.5 cents were put for sell at 2 cents within a minute. This are automated orders not available to retail investors by TD. Other institutions have accounts under the name of each other houses. This way they benefit from priority if in house cross trades. Does this account run by TD or Canaccord?
