The $25M is composed of:
$10.5M - Tailing storage (Viceroy would have had something in place when operating Brewery Creek up until 2003)
$9.1M - Water Supply/Treatment - some of this I would believe is in place since Viceroy. I assumed a 25% credit here minus the cost of the geomembranes for the three ponds. Using Google maps they measure 275' x 125', 330' x 200' and 450' x 115'. Assuming $1.89/sq. ft. for installed 40-mil EIA that works out to a cost of $287.5k.
$4.5M - Camp infrastructure (December 11, 2019 news released confirmed that a 49-person camp was added to the existing 24-person camp and maintenance/office facilities)
$1.3M - Comms/Electrical Infrastructure - I assumed a 50% credit here as well.
$437k - Fueling System - I assumed a 50% credit here minus cost for 20,000 sq ft installed geomembrane estimated at $37,800.
$2.9M - Clearing costs for tree removal, soil stripping and waste rock stripping. Viceroy completed this.
No cost for road infrasture build - existing.
I estimated the above at about $25M.
Additional potential CAPEX savings for the crushing plant facility may be realized, but are not included above. This would be $7.8M (foundations) and $23M (building). I'm also not sure iif there is any existing equipment onsite (crusher, grinding mill, bins, conveyor, etc). If these are in place and servicable, that would further reduce CAPEX costs.
