Some Sleazy Stuff Going On Here.

Two days in a row we have over 2 million shares dumped at 4.5 cents at 9:30 am. Looks like market manipulation to me. Is this the same buyer selling to themselves both days? If the stock exchanges actually did something about this sort of thing I’d make a complaint.
