RE:95% of June rent collected

RE:95% of June rent collectedFor what it's worth ... April, May and June results reflect a company minimally affected by the pandemic. Interesting that June's rent collection numbers didn't move the sp needle. We broke through $5 ten days ago, but that was during some market mania. Not surprised price has cooled, similar to sp retreat of other reits, that are now drifting within a narrow range. And like other reits, sp is trading much below NAV, which is $6.64, or 50% less than current sp. Who knows what will be 6-12 months from today, but as long as the economy continues to open, rents will be paid. And I expect management will reboot its growth oriented strategy once conditions are favourable. I'm a long term investor who sees minimal share price downside going forward and a return to the $7-8 range during the next 6-18 months. If/when a proven vaccine is released, I expect a fast and furious runup across the board. So for now, I sit and wait and collect the monthly dividend.
