BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (the Fund) is a diversified closed-end management investment company. The Fund's investment objective is to provide current income exempt from federal income taxes. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests at least 80% of its managed assets in investments the income from which is exempt from federal income tax (except that the interest may be subject to the alternative minimum tax). The Fund may invest directly in securities or synthetically through the use of derivatives. The Fund's investment policies provide that it invests at least 80% of its total assets in investment grade quality municipal obligations issued by or on behalf of states, territories and possessions of the United States and their political subdivisions, agencies or instrumentalities, each of which pays interest that, in the opinion of bond counsel to the issuer, is excludable from gross income for federal income tax purposes. Its investment adviser is BlackRock Advisors, LLC.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:A bit disappointed that SSL...FX... I'm not going to trash you, I'm just going to point out my opinion on it ok...

Each and every claim, target, forecast made by any company in an NR comes with a disclaimer indicating that the forward looking statements are not guarenteed.  These disclaimers are in there in case something does not materialize as the company foreseen and it makes them not liable. 

In the case of HEXO they can also, in addition to pointing out the disclaimer, point to their sales forecast and indicate that the numbers were based on the assumption of a certain number of stores being in place in Ontario, over the following year.

For any case to win someone has to prove that HEXO provided false and misleading information.  HEXO has multiple ways to prove that they did not provide anything they seen as false or misleading.

Any case proceeding to actual trial based on the 400 Million Dollar sales target IMHO... has zero chance of winning.
