I'll try.

 

"The folks at ceo" - This refers to a site called ceo.ca which is a stock market discussion site like Stockhouse.  It costs $5 to join, but if you have a position in Great Bear there are people commenting on it that are worth listening too - a prominent newsletter writer and a member of the board of GBR.  

GDXJ is an exchange traded fund specialising in junior mining stocks.  A few months ago GBR was added to that fund, which resulted in them purchasing a large number of shares.  There is speculation that yesterday's price and volume in GBR was because GDXJ was buyinging more shares.
