RE:RE:RE:Pierre Fitzgibbon LinkedlnSo far about $150M in debtor claims accepted.  We don't have visibility on the court claims process... it is key to stay around $200M.  The final total debt claims should be finalized before June 30... that is the total debt. 

Fitzgibbon is telling us that he has no control on the final outcome (but we knew this)... and don't expect anything.  Typical for a politican to cover his a#s.   It all depends on the final offers.  I am still expecting a positive outcome for all shareholders i.e. the winning offer will be higher than the total debt.  So, the surplus should go to all shareholders.
