Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

True value or fair value?

True value or fair value?Dont want to wait 7-10 years for true value.

Mr.t has been a forward thinker,a royalty spinout.

Hopefully,$$$ signs dont cloud his judgement.

Imagine if mr.t sells it for 2.5B only to discover that the deposit grew exponentially.

This is the problem.Safety but maximising upside potential.

Has there ever been a company that sold parts of the project but held surrounding properties and was able to get a true value?

Perhaps some sort of deal clause, every additional million ounces with sliding scale of $ or royalty. This would help with gbr royalties company.
