It looks like a concerted effort to suppress the price...In order to make the SIB look like an attractive proposition!
i sure hope I am correct in my assessment as it will benefit long term shareholders once the SIB is over.
If followed by an NCIB and after which an increase in dividend, then we will all be ecstatic!
