You should want the company to do VERY VERY well because that will increase the chances of some court believeing your point of view about the unjust ripoff AND possibly increase the amount of real assets that there are to disburse amongst the litigants.
Again, what the 1962 Japanese Soldier Gang who still thinks the war is on is doing here is a real mystery.
