Because Friday is the deadline...

Because Friday is the deadline...For submission to the SIB:

any shares in Thursday or Friday traded are ineligible to be submitted to the SIB as technically buyers would not own them until Monday.

Soooo, trading from now until July 7th takes place without knowing the results of the SIB, for what it's worth.

I.E. It's a gamble not knowing what the pricing will be because of the SIB
