RE:"Distribution" versus "Accumulation" - A Primer

Sometimes when a "basher" or a gaggle of bashers show up on a faceless board, most often with a randomly generated name/handle, it almost always signals (to me anyways) that someone or entity is "shaking weak hands" for their shares.

The "normal"/typical gripes, range from the management's compentence, self dealing, remuneration, and the like (paola...is the last claim being insinuated on this board) .

All the while, accumulating those shares gained for the POSSIBLE ultimate Stage 1 of a penny stock....the announcements of drill mobilization, and initial results.

Speaking of ACCUMULATION/DISTRIBUTION in advance of an announcement of drilling activity once the Covid 19 reopening protocol permits, over the past month, someone believes that Stroud has a viable strategy (see Figure 25 on page 68 of their 43-101, posted on their WS). 100% speculation, of course.
