RE:CIBT Reports Financial Results for Third Quarter of Fiscal 2There is no disclosure of how many beds are involved in generating the claimed 'net' rental revenues which exceed 2 million CAD per qtr.

On a net basis, after
1)'costs' (both financing and operating)
and
2) shared LLP ownership

the required beds would have to be in the thousands to provide the claimed 'net' rental revenues.

This is assuming $1000/bed/month as indicated in previous statements. COVID-19 would prevent full occupancy of apartments with 2-4 bunk style beds.
